<p>&nbsp;My interesting story explaining what <a href="http://www.meditationmethods.org/meditationaudio" target="_blank" title="meditation audio"><strong>m</strong><strong>e</strong><strong>ditation audio</strong> </a>technology has done for me:</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>When I was four years old, &nbsp;I knew I had a mysterious power, so transparent it was barely there.</p>
<p>Early in 2007, I began an incredible journey. I began to think. I mean, really think.&nbsp;</p>
<p>With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, and a deep desire to explore life beyond, I found myself on a quest to use the remaining 85% of my brain. I began my research hoping to unlock doors to a new life, a perspective beyond the limits of physicality.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Of course, the answers did come, as we do receive our deepest requests as desires manifest, eventually. The information appeared as if by magic in perfect time, as I was prepared to receive it. &nbsp;Know that beings &nbsp;develop spiritually as the personal vibration is perfect. I learned about spirituality, magic, and universal laws regarding energy manipulation through the art of meditation.</p>
<p>In the beginning, quieting my thoughts was most unnatural thing in the world. It was difficult. We do not realize the wasted energy used in reminiscence or futuristic thoughts. The random scenes race past, uncontrolled. Truly, I had spent months trying to silence my mind.</p>
<p>After experiencing meditation and making that connection, &nbsp;aligning up with the soul, thoughts, feelings and conversations that are not positive may feel uncomfortable, unnatural. This confirms &nbsp;your inner guidance working!</p>
<p>At one point, I decided to experiment with a meditation audio to see if sound technology really worked. Almost instantly, I experienced a transformation in consciousness and my life has not been the same since. I feel much more in control of my mind, health and spirituality.</p>
<p>Does this mean a <a href="http://www.meditationmethods.org/meditationaudio" target="_blank" title="meditation audio"><strong>meditation audio</strong></a> is necessary for every meditation? Absolutely not!</p>
<p>Actually, I prefer to use the meditation audio recordings as I fall asleep a few nights per week &nbsp;to prepare my brain waves, and just relax . When I feel ready, and the night is just right, I prefer go into that blissful infinite on my own, using the technology of my brain, only. The audio recordings have apparently prepared my brain to reach altered states of consciousness.</p>
